Micronized Graphite

Specifications
Micronized graphite is natural crystalline graphite, subjected to milling, grinding, and particle classification; then further concentrate to desired levels.

Hensen’s micronized graphite’s average particle size ranges from 3 to 60 microns, with fixed carbon of 90-99.9%. Using one or combination of different mills, such as jet mill, hammer mill and spherical mill, Hensen Graphite produces and supplies micronized graphite with specific physical properties and optimized to the needs of each application.

Our Regular Flake Graphite is the right solution for:
  • Carbon Brushes.
  • Pencil leads.
  • Plastics.
  • Metallurgy.
  • Lubricants.
  • Alkaline Batteries.
  • Chemical and Defense-related Industries.
  • Fire Resistance.
  • Heat Insulation.
